"Disciplined" people don't necessarily have more willpower, they just spend less time in tempting situations. To stop a bad habit, escape places or situations that trigger it. To develop a new habit, it's easier to go to a new place (like different coffeeshop). Habits can be easier to change in a new environment. To remember practicing your guitar, place it in the middle of your living room.
